  • Incumbents will provide subject matter expertise in campaign plan development, deliberate and crisis planning, and time-sensitive planning according to JOPES standards.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • 12 years experience in intelligence planning
  • Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES) expertise
  • National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP) production
  • Cyber scenario design and MSEL creation

Nice-to-have

  • Deep familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure
  • Knowledge of cloud computing service models SaaS IaaS PaaS
  • Experience supporting Joint operations across multiple warfighting domains
  • Understanding of risk management processes for cybersecurity
  • Ability to travel up to 25% CONUS and OCONUS

Key Requirements

  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
  • Minimum 12 years related experience or 17 years with Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree in related field or Bachelor's plus 5 additional years
  • Valid passport required for potential international travel
  • Must be able to obtain valid passport in advance of travel
