  • Serve as a primary liaison for our meeting and event program, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting our best-in-class meeting and events organization.
  • Drive service excellence as a program ambassador for Global Meeting & Events, evaluating and assigning event requests based on complexity and required support levels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve inquiries within established SLAs and support broader Global Meetings and Events strategic initiatives.
