Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as measuring vital signs and assisting with personal care.
The role involves maintaining a calm environment, ensuring resident safety by checking on those unable to call for help, and reporting any suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosure of health information.
