Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive global benefits experience
  • Demonstrated leadership of global teams
  • Strong hands-on experience leading benefits due diligence and integration in complex global M&A transactions
  • Deep technical expertise in global benefits design, funding structures, compliance and regulatory environments across the United States, Canada, Europe, and India
  • CEBS certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
