Job Summary
The role centers on ensuring all headcount is correctly placed in systems and responding to client requests such as financial recharges by pivoting and analyzing data to provide exactly what the client requires.
Day-to-day deliverables include supporting CAFM system (WebCoRE) management, tracking utilization data and trends, analysis, reporting, visual charts, and data audits.
The role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized approach with strong stress management capabilities and data storytelling skills to build effective relationships with internal JLL teams and client stakeholders.
