Key Requirements

  • Master's in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Physics or related with 5 years of semiconductor experience
  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Physics or related with 3 years of semiconductor experience
  • Expertise in testing fundamentals
  • Experience with semi-automated and automated characterization methods, tools, and equipment
  • Understanding of semiconductor device physics
  • Programming experience with MATLAB, Labview, C, SPECS, KTE, Unix Shell
