The Lighting Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Lighting TDs to create, direct, and reflect lighting that meets the creative vision of the project.
This role requires extensive management experience of large teams (10+ members) and proven interpersonal and leadership skills.
Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of Linux, Python, and shell scripting along with proficiency in high-end CG software like Katana, Maya, or Nuke.

Must-have
Lighting Lead experience across high-end VFX projects
Extensive management of large teams with 10+ members
In-depth knowledge of Linux Python and shell scripting
Proficiency in Katana Maya Nuke or similar CG software
Strong understanding of color theory composition and aesthetics

Ability to initiate and complete new projects independently
Experience mentoring and developing artists
