Job Description – Accountant cum HR Position Title: Accountant cum HR Location: One Raffles Place, Tower 2, Singapore 048616 Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Managing Director / Finance Manager Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and versatile Accountant cum HR to oversee both accounting and human resource functions in our consulting firm. The successful candidate will manage accurate financial records, including GST reporting for our clients’ companies, ensure statutory compliance, and handle HR operations such as Employment Pass, Dependant Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, PR, and Singapore Citizenship applications for our high-end clientele. This dual-role position requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation for clients’ companies (managing 10–25 clients’ portfolio & full sets of accounts) Prepare monthly/annual financial reports, cash flow statements, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with GST, tax filing, CPF, and other statutory submissions. Monitor budgets, expense control, and internal financial reporting. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities. 2. HR Operations Handle Employment Pass, Dependant Pass, and Long-Term Visit Pass applications and subsequent renewals for clients. Manage Singapore PR and Singapore Citizenship applications & subsequent REP renewal for clients. Maintain HR records, employment contracts, and personnel files. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and HR best practices. Liaise with government agencies to enquire or resolve application issues. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in accounting and HR, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
