Continuous process improvement and efficiency improvement (including the use of agile methods) and performance monitoring using KPIs and corrective action management.
Adherence and enforcement of safety (HSE), quality, integrity, cybersecurity and Diversity & Inclusion standards and ensuring compliance of projects with internal procedures and requirements.
