This role involves acting as a trusted Workday advisor, assisting customers with how-to questions, troubleshooting, guiding configuration, and providing feature demonstrations.
You will guide customers through Workday configuration, demonstrate capabilities, resolve product challenges, cultivate strong customer relationships, and develop webinars.
