  • Support employees and management to settle employee disputes and workplace grievances.
  • Deal with the Finance Sector Union (FSU), solicitors and other workplace representatives in the resolution of cases.

  • Experience in HR policy advice
  • Excellent knowledge of Australian Industrial Relations
