Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC system operation and maintenance
Building automation system (BAS) proficiency
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
Preventive and predictive maintenance execution
Reading building schematics and drawings
Valid US driver's license required
Nice-to-have
Experience with commercial chiller and boiler systems
Knowledge of sequence of operations documents
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently with shifting priorities

Key Requirements
Minimum three years experience in commercial/residential/industrial systems
High school diploma or GED required
