Current Kentucky independent clinician licensure
Three years of clinical experience
Experience with group facilitation
Knowledge of CBT DBT and trauma-informed care
Nice-to-have
Previous IOP program coordination experience
Experience with co-occurring disorders
Familiarity with EHR systems
Crisis intervention skills
Strong documentation and communication abilities
Key Requirements
Master's degree from CSWE accredited school
KY Licensure: LCSW LPCC LMFT LPA or LCADC
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Provisional licensees must maintain supervision arrangements
