Key Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or higher
Five (5) combined years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, and/or Supply Chain
Two (2) years of frontline supervisory experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering discipline
Seven (7) years of Manufacturing, Quality, or Supply Chain experience
Excellent communication skills
MS Office proficiency
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
