Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong experience leading data engineering teams
Detailed understanding of Databricks platform
Practical experience with data transformation frameworks
Experience with dimensional data modelling design
Ability to translate customer requirements into Epics
Nice-to-have
Previous experience with Databricks DLT or SDP
Strong experience in Banking domain
Ability to mentor other DE team members
Participate in facilitating interviews for teammates
