Job Summary

  • This critical role will lead operations across seven plants, driving the discipline of SQDC to allow the division to grow top line revenue and bottom line profitability.
  • The leader will develop and implement long and short-term strategic plans to meet Division Targets to Improve (TTIs), drive significant plant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvements, partnering closely with site leadership teams.
  • Develop a high performance team by engaging, coaching and developing team members, and by driving accountability and ownership at all levels.
