The primary purpose of this job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
You will be responsible for administrative functions including directing nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with policies, and participating in quality assurance programs.
Key responsibilities also include administering medications, charting, documenting resident care, and participating in staff development and safety initiatives.
