Job Summary
Responsible for attending and completing service requests, and providing coordination and monitoring in preventive and reactive maintenance work in data centre infrastructure.
Manage and coordinate service provider performance, ensure compliance with company and client standards, and communicate/escalate with appropriate parties.
The shift pattern is 12 hours, with 4 days of work followed by 4 days off.

Key Requirements
