Job Summary

• You will drive regional referral growth across the Northeast (New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire) market by leading strategic outreach initiatives and strengthening partnerships with providers and community stakeholders.
• As the Regional Director of Business Development (RDBD) at Ivy Rehab, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive referral growth and brand visibility across multiple markets.
