Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Engineering or significant industry experience
Strong knowledge of NZS3910 and NZS3917 contracts
Experience with DCC, NZTA and local authority management processes
Proven surfacing project delivery experience
Experience in pricing, tendering and winning work
Understanding of government and local government procurement
Strong leadership skills
Knowledge of New Zealand health and safety and environmental regulations
