Job Summary

• You will lead multiple product development teams within a single Research and Development (R&D) organization, guiding R&D staff toward meeting the agreed R&D targets.
• You will manage, coach and develop resources individually and as a team.
• You will also support the Product Managers, the Technical Product Managers, the R&D project managers and the developers to manage technology and platform and particularly keep a focus on Intellectual Property (IP) for our existing and future products.

• Demonstrated experience in line management
