Job Summary
Supervise personnel assigned to Gaming Operations to ensure the highest quality control standards in regards to moves, conversions, maintenance and gaming floor design.
Assist with training gaming device staff activities including, but not limited to: Hiring, disciplining, apprising, evaluating employees in courteous and fair manner.
Provide excellent and courteous guest service by resolving machine malfunctions and/or provide assistance with guest disputes.
