Experience in clinical nursing with strong critical thinking skills
Proficiency in electronic health record documentation systems
Nice-to-have
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing preferred
Two years of service line specific RN experience
Demonstrated knowledge of growth and development over the life span
Experience participating in unit councils and professional governance
Strong conflict resolution and delegation capabilities
Key Requirements
Graduate of Board of Nursing approved nursing education program
