Job Summary
Act as a primary liaison between data teams and business areas, enabling collaborative facilitation & guiding data-driven decision making.
Translate business priorities into data needs, build analytics capability within business teams, and ensure data products are fit for purpose.
In short-term, this position will be focused on GTM & SIP processes, including managing the commercial experimentation portfolio and owning the SIP product lifecycle.

Key Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in analytics/business partnering
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, Actuary, or related field
Matrix environment experience
Healthcare/pharma experience preferred
Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery
