  • Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and the rest actively participating in product development.
  • Be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and providing continuous, constructive feedback to your team, while guiding and coaching them for growth.
  • Redesign engineering work shipping with autonomous agents, operationalize agentic workflows, and build reusable agentic primitives with verification loops for secure, reliable, and scalable outcomes.
