The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with health team members and families.

Job Summary
Assess residents to determine their occupational therapy needs, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
Provide in-service training programs for other staff in the facility as necessary.
