  • The Commercial Planning area is responsible for defining sales goals, monitoring critical indicators (sell-in, sell-out, days on hand), analyzing by channel and portfolio, and identifying opportunities to optimize the commercial operation.
  • This position leads the Sales Productivity team, ensuring the generation of strategic analyses, reports, and insights that support decision-making by leadership and commercial teams.
  • Manage sales systems and visitation and execution dashboards, administer variable compensation policies and processes, and sales incentive campaigns.
