• Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Responsible for setup, operation, and monitoring of hemodialysis machines, patient evaluation, and documentation to ensure quality patient care.
• Supports infection control practices and participates in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
