Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years experience in data quality testing
Strong automation frameworks Selenium Cucumber
Deep understanding of QA and Engineering practices
Experience building technology solutions leveraging GenAI
Leadership experience managing teams of testers
Nice-to-have
Knowledge in Snowflake ETL tools Python AWS
Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques
Experience testing GenAI models specifically
Knowledge of DevOps tools and processes
Understanding of SAFe Agile methodologies
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or IT
8+ years experience in data quality testing roles
Proven leadership experience motivating technical teams
