Job Summary

  • The Technical Relationship Management team is responsible for proactively working with Strategic Accounts globally, with the prime goal of being a single point of contact for all technical questions and/or firm-wide issues and interactions at the Account.
  • You will assist Technical Relationship Managers to perform periodic client account technical reviews to identify trends and any potential service gaps so that they can be addressed by the team.
  • Be part of a client-facing team gaining exposure to technology, project management, and relationship management.
