Job Summary
The Technical Relationship Management team is responsible for proactively working with Strategic Accounts globally, with the prime goal of being a single point of contact for all technical questions and/or firm-wide issues and interactions at the Account.
You will assist Technical Relationship Managers to perform periodic client account technical reviews to identify trends and any potential service gaps so that they can be addressed by the team.
Be part of a client-facing team gaining exposure to technology, project management, and relationship management.
