Manage the quality in project, ensuring quality and cost targets are met and risks are prevented from cradle to grave.
Ensure CPM is respected by adhering to build-in quality standards and challenging other PTMs on their activities.
Support supplier management activities, collect supplier issues, and define control plans for prototype, pre-serial, and serial production.
