Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
  • Two years plant experience in manufacturing or quality
  • Expertise in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and control plans
  • Statistical analysis skills using Minitab or JMP
  • Experience with Voice of Customer (VOC) translation

Nice-to-have

  • Cross-functional team collaboration experience
  • High-tech industry background in electronics or medical
  • ASQ certifications such as CQE or CQA
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt
  • ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 auditing experience
