Job Summary
As a Pressure Injury Prevention Customer Success Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving adoption, optimization, and expansion of the LEAF technology platform.
Your ability to train and educate clinical staff on product features, best practices, and workflow integration will be key to embedding LEAF into daily operations.
In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets.

Salary
Base: $75,000 - $85,000 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for sales commission and incentives; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP

Key Requirements
Registered Nurse ideally
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least three years of clinical experience
