Job Summary
You will be in charge of managing a direct team of 15 people following the Airbus leadership model and supporting industrial methods activities for the industrialization and support of Special Processes.
You will contribute to the main activities including management, involvement, development and motivation of the team, industrialization of special processes in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, and technical feasibility analysis.
You will be responsible for implementing and piloting curative, corrective and preventive actions, ensuring compliance with rules and standards, and managing client interfaces.
