Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years management-level experience in U.S. Leave and Disability Management
5+ years of case management experience
Post-secondary degree or 5 years Disability Management experience if no Bachelor's
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and municipal leave legislation
