Job Summary

This high visibility position will be responsible for assisting the SEC Reporting Manager in interfacing with others, including senior management, external auditors and consultants regarding accounting and financial reporting issues.
Assist in the preparation of key financial reports, including consolidated Balance Sheets, Statement of Operations, Statement of Comprehensive Income or Loss, Cap table, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Equity, and Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements.
