Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years utility project leadership
High-voltage EPC project experience
Portfolio governance and risk management
Contract administration and change management
Safety and quality compliance oversight
Nice-to-have
PMP certification or equivalent credential
Experience with Primavera and ERP systems
Background in renewable integration initiatives
Strong commercial acumen for claims strategy
Proven track record in matrixed organizations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 10 years leading utility or EPC projects
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Willingness to travel up to 25%
