This role is responsible for overseeing core system operations of the nationwide Caller Name ID Registry initiative that supports anti-scam measures in Singapore.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end system lifecycle including availability, reliability, resilience, security, and performance while leading upgrade and migration projects.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned systems and manage vendor performance alongside internal teams and business users.
