Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program in accordance with current federal, state, local and corporate standards.
  • Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, assisting in communication, and developing monthly activity calendars.
  • The role requires encouraging residents to participate in self-initiated activities and assisting with assessment documentation and progress notes.
