Job Summary

  • This role serves as the primary technical focal point between customers and the division for escalations, fleet performance, and system improvements.
  • The engineer will provide Alpha and Beta site support for installing, operating, and calibrating new hardware, processes, and software designs.
  • Candidates will generate and present critical system performance data including MTBF, Availability, and I/W spending analysis while ensuring field implementation of upgrades.
