Essential duties include identifying residents, reporting changes in condition, recording information accurately, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting residents with daily functions.
The role requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and involves physical demands such as lifting and moving residents, as well as regular sitting, standing, and walking.
