Job Summary

  • As a Senior Salesforce CRM Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions using a variety of Salesforce components and technologies.
  • You will play a key role in driving successful implementation projects, ensuring digital accessibility and AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) compliance, and providing expertise in CRM and data model design.
  • In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will lead and mentor other team members, design enterprise solutions and software components, and you will ensure that all applications adhere to digital accessibility standards and AODA compliance, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
  • Extensive experience in Visualforce, APEX, LWC, Aura, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, triggers and flows
  • Extensive experience implementing and migrating eCRM solutions
  • Considerable experience with Source Code Management (GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of digital accessibility standards and AODA compliance
