Job Summary

• This position is responsible for the qualification, cultivation and solicitation of leadership gifts from CMC alumni, parents and friends, managing a portfolio of individuals capable of making gifts of $100,000 and above.
• The role involves developing and implementing strategies for donor prospects, including direct interactions, solicitations, and presentations on college priorities, utilizing all college resources.
• Expectation of significant travel throughout the United States on a regional basis, with the possibility of some international travel, and evening and weekend work around college events.
