The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program that meets the interests and needs of each resident.
This role involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities while ensuring good communication among employees, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
The position requires assisting with monthly activity calendar development, attendance records, discharge planning, and maintaining a clean and orderly Activity Department.
