Job Summary
This role is responsible for building and operating the company's AI governance program from the ground up in a regulated banking environment.
The incumbent will serve as the primary authority on AI risk, policy, lifecycle management, and enterprise AI enablement while partnering with C-suite leaders.
Eligible candidates receive an annual discretionary cash bonus target of 10% and restricted stock units bonus target of 10% alongside comprehensive benefits.
