Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of Property Management experience
  • Experience preparing budgets in Yardi
  • Experience with building systems
  • 3rd party management experience
  • CA Real Estate License required within 6 months
  • Experience using Yardi, Kardin or MRI
  • Proficiency in technology tools
