Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electronics, Electrical
  • Minimum 5 years of Management to Personnel experience
  • Minimum 5 years in Equipment Maintenance area
  • Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance
  • Experience in repairing Electro-pneumatic, pneumatic, Hydraulic, electronic, mechanical equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing and Validations process
  • Management of KPIs
  • Intermediate English
  • Knowledge of Project Management and Cost Reduction
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Knowledge in Maximo, Ariba, OEE and BPCS
  • Manage of the Tress system (Supervisor Module)
