Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets and reporting any changes in resident condition promptly.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring a calm and supportive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents

Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
