Base: $81,500.00 - $134,500.00; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive awards available; Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) match, pension plan, 20 days PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-5 years AV project management experience
Bachelor's degree in CS or IT
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking
Experience with Agile and ScrumBan methodologies
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Nice-to-have
CTS or PMP industry certifications
Agile certification such as CSM or PMI-ACP
Experience with Cisco Collaboration platforms
Familiarity with HP Poly unified communications
Strong interpersonal influence skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2-5 years progressive experience in AV project management
Equivalent professional experience if no degree held
