Job Summary
Works onboard craft and responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of Mechanized Landing Craft (LCM) propulsion engine, machinery and auxiliary equipment.
The incumbent is part of the LCM crew that performs various craft operations including deployment, repositioning, retrieval/deployment of sonar systems, and assistance to inspection teams.
Participates in monthly oil spill drill and quarterly oil spill training, and NSF-DG Annual Facility Response Training, accordingly.
